Occupational TherapyDivya Place's occupational therapy program helps children build the sensory processing, self-regulation and functional independence skills they need for everyday life — dressing, eating, handwriting, play, and managing sensory overwhelm.
Children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, or any developmental delay affecting daily function.
Every OT journey starts with an intake assessment to understand your child's sensory profile, strengths and current challenges. From there, our therapists set individualised goals — whether that's tolerating certain textures, improving pencil grip, or building the focus to sit through a meal. Sessions typically run weekly and combine structured activities with playful, sensory-rich exercises, and we share progress updates with parents regularly.
Parents often notice their child settling into new environments more easily, showing more patience with everyday tasks like getting dressed, and reacting less intensely to sounds, textures or transitions that once felt overwhelming.
